1. How do I insert dynamic data?

Use the double curly brace syntax {{variable}}. For example, to show a customer’s name, write {{customer_name}} in a text component and ensure you send that field in your data JSON.

2. I can’t see my image in the PDF

Ensure the image URL is public or the base64 file is correctly formed. The rendering engine requires access to the image at the time of generation.

3. Auto-save is not working

Auto-save triggers after 5 minutes of inactivity. If you are actively editing, we recommend using the Save button manually on a regular basis.

4. What if the JSON file is invalid?

Upon import, DocCoreX will reject the file if it does not comply with the required structure. You will receive an error message indicating which field or property is incorrect.

5. How do I managed permissions?

Permissions are managed from Vault, where you can define who has access to view generated documents or modify critical templates.
