Roles and Permissions

DocCoreX uses a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system to ensure that only authorized individuals can perform critical actions.

👥 Role Types

Has full access to organization settings, user management, and billing.

Can create and edit templates in Studio but cannot manage users.

Can only view templates and generate documents. Cannot make changes.

[!IMPORTANT] Changes to user roles are applied immediately in the user’s next session.
